Kindy 2
Our Kindy 2 classes are made up of children aged 6. Formal education classroom setting is used this year to prepare children for Year 1. Achieving age-appropriate academic benchmarks are prioritised to ensure a smoother transition to formal education.
The Kindy 2 curriculum includes the following areas:
Creative play (through purposefully structured activities for retention and understanding)
Sensory development
Language and literacy development (with emphasis on sentence structure and comprehension skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English)
Mathematics
Science (through hands-on experiments and simulations)
School trips, events and excursions (providing new experiences)
